Preventative Medicine

Reese to look at copy from a Mosaic perspective.

If there’s one piece of advice we could give to all pet owners, it would be this: Be proactive.

Our approach to treating pets is proactive and preventative. If we spot an aliment early, we can treat it better. By scheduling check-ups and exams often, you allow us to better care for your pet.

Preventative medicine isn’t just one thing. It’s a range of treatments, including:

  • Regular Check-ups: Check-ups allow us to, well, check up on your pet. If anything’s amiss, we’ll catch it right away.
  • Routine Vaccinations: Vaccinations protect your pet from potentially life-threatening diseases.
  • Parasite Control: Parasites are a common problem for pets. Preventative measures, such as topical treatments and oral medications, can prevent their spread. They also reduce the risk of your pet falling victim to the issues that come with parasites.
  • Dental Care: We know you can’t always brush your pet’s teeth every day. But you do need to schedule regular dental check-ups and cleanings. These procedures prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and other painful dental problems.

When it comes to caring for your pet, there’s no such thing as too much. Give us a call if you have any concerns. We’re here and can schedule an appointment as often as your pet needs.
